I wish there was a quarter star ... the bathroom stincks and they dont clean even if you press the cleaning bottom or put the freaking paper on the door. The bath has no partition so when you shower the water goes everywhere. Mattress is terrible pillow are terrible. Sofa,chairs are like setting on the floor and very old and smelly .. the tv is from the age of the flinstons.... people are not nice and the reception guy put me in a smoking room that smells like a dead people. The overall experience is terrible and i dont recommend even passing by this hotel اسوء تجربة في التاريخ

This is the only hotel I tried in Qasim so far. Its exterior is great and beds are very comfy. However, bathroom becomes a mass after taking a shower. No regular cleaning. Even when we asked for cleaning, no one cleaned our room. 4 nights, no cleaning!. AC systems are inefficient in rooms. Key card systems are also broken in the entire hotel. Each time when we got to the hotel, a staff member had to open the door for us. Not very convenient. They said it will be fixed in our first night, but no chance after 4 nights. I am sure they can do better.
