However, there was one person who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable—❤️Shams❤️ the wonderful girl at the reception. Shams was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor were truly refreshing. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I had the best possible stay. Overall, my experience at BAYAT Hotel was outstanding, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Shams. Her warm and welcoming personality, combined with her dedication to ensuring a memorable stay, truly set the hotel apart.

The furniture needs to clean up, and the wedding set-up is not that satisfactory, but the whole staff members are helpful and kind; Ambra's room is huge and suitable for the groom
