Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah

Came here for a business function, the meeting rooms are great and the staff is greater. Thank you Wassim and Emanuel for being so kind and so attentive the needs of the people who were there and thank you for assisting me throughout the two days.

Although the room was nice but the customer service is the worse you can ever see, One employee Amani her name, kept lying and changing the facts to cover her lies. she even twist what happened in day saying thing did not even happened and insist that i am the one who is lying. i couldn't stay one minute after her conversation to me in the breakfast. such awful employee with 0 star service. Even after i did a check out. She called the next day, saying i wanna fix what happened. but instead she keeps lying about everything and changes and twist more facts. It is not enough that i had unpleasant stay because of her She made sure to make me had a bad day the next day too I will never repeat a visit to such hotel or even recommenced to any one Such an awful stay safe your money for hotel where its employee more professional and do not changes their words and agreement with you. I booked the hotel for my wedding anniversary , thanks to Amani it became the worse day in my life
