Arena Beach Chalets

Great location. Lovely food. Great selection and variety. Rooms are good size. Not much shelves for clothes but a double size wardrobe to hang things. Well equipped kitchen area if you are self catering. We stayed in room 130 which was excellent for being away from the noise of the main pool and entertainment as we like a quiet holiday. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping were fantastic. I can't believe the mess some people leave behind and think it's acceptable. The hotel is fully accessible as I have walking difficulties. The small kids pool has a great play area. Although it was quiet and most of kids played in the big pool. Maybe it is heated as it is December. The small kids pool wasn't. I gave 4 stars as I would like to see the food section into vegetarian options away from meats as the serving spoons were being used by guests to serve meat. Then using same spoon to pick up rice and vegetables etc. Also given that all drinks and pool food is served in paper and plastic cups/plates there does not appear to be any recycling points. These are the only negatives though. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is great for families. There is a local bus a 5 min walk away to get you to puerto del rosario where the bus station there goes to all parts of the island for a couple of euros. Very reliable services

Staying here at the moment and it’s a great place to stay. Staff are great and rooms are nice. Wish we had booked for longer now. Will defo return. If your thinking of coming I recommend booking into the spa as well. Food is nice with a lot of choice. Even have hp brown sauce. Winner.

We came back Wednesday. What an amazing time we had. 5 of us. The hotel was immaculate. The staff work so hard cleaning all the time. The food was fantastic there were theme evenings and always plenty to find to eat. Could of been a little warmer sometimes. There is a microwave. If needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you.to all the lovely staff.

My family and I had 10 days all inclusive in August, I was pleasantly surprised that the self catering rooms were spacious and well equipped even though we only used the full sized fridge and kettle. The air conditioning was a bonus along with the bath. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. The food menu was on a weekly basis so if you stayed longer like we did you would have the same menu, even though there was always something to eat, the children enjoyed the hotel as they could have drinks and icecream when ever they wanted. The beach is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel and so is the main shopping strip, but a pleasant walk if you like walking. On the whole we had a great holiday and would reccomend the hotel if you are on a budget.

An excellent hotel in a nice location. All the staff are very hard working, accommodating and friendly. Food was good with different themes every day. WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Kids loved the pools and entertainment. Would definitely go back again.
