In General the hotel was ok, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was a typical buffet that was hit and miss, we ate out at different restaurants every night. The main pool and kids pool were great however the thing that really lets this hotel down is rude people reserving sun beds for hours, without actually using them all day. The hotel should really enforce their own policy of no sun bed reservations.

We stayed here as a couple from the 14th August until 21st August 2023 and choose all inclusive. There were some positives but some severe negatives that need to be addressed ASAP. Rooms: The room are very clean. Maid came 6/7 days and did a good job. Bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning went down to a cool 17 degrees which was very nice. Pool: The main pool is a good size (cannot comment on kids pool as we do not have kids). They specify that the sun beds are not allowed to be reserved… well people still do it. I have seen other reviews where someone has replied saying that someone walks around checking which sun beds are being used by pool users. It’s a load of rubbish. They don’t, don’t believe anything like that. If you come here. I’d say you need to go and put your towels out by 9 at the latest to get a sun bed. Other than that pool is nice but uses salt water which was unexpected. Area is tidy and deep end is max of 1.7m. Pool is open 10-6 but people are in it from 9 often not leaving until at least 7. Pool bar: Good idea and opens at 10. Self serve soft drinks with a local beer that takes a bit of getting used to. There are cocktails available (5 are on all inclusive) as well as spirits and mixers included. A good variety for all kinds of people. Snacks served from 12-5 such as toasties, pizza, Hot Dog, burgers and fries. Ice cream is available to get as well throughout the day which is also included. Flavours including chocolate, strawberry and vanilla and sometimes coconut. The place then continues to serve drink throughout the evening but shuts at 11pm and if you want more alcohol they expect you to go upstairs for the last hour to pay for them in the other bar. Kind of defeats the object of ALL INCLUSIVE if you ask me, haven’t paid 4 figures to go and buy some drinks for the last hour of the night. SPA: The Spa itself deeps a deep clean on the floor as it looked dirty and the lights needs fixing as it was flickering and some were completely broken. Towels provided for our time in there. Other areas: Mini mart on site. Very good prices considering they could literally charge you anything and get away with it. Location is really good. About 10-15 minutes away from the town or the beach including popcorn beach which is a must see out here. Water park was included as our package. Not massive but decent. If staying here definitely worth a visit and 10% off if you book online if it’s not already included in your package. Restaurant: So, there’s a reason I’ve specifically saved this until last. This was undoubtedly the most disappointing aspect of the holiday. I’m no Ramsey, but I felt that I could produce better food at times which is not what I’d expect to be thinking at an all inclusive. Breakfast: This is good. A full fry up. Pancakes. Fresh fruit. Very nice. Unfortunately thats where the good parts stop. Lunch is a bit generic and sometimes incredibly random. There was limited range of stuff on offer and what was there was bland and over overcooked or just of poor quality. Dinner: We had themed nights every night: Monday we missed due to arriving at 11pm - some cold food left out for us which was a nice touch. Arabic was okay. Chicken kebab was good, others on offer did not look appetising. Asian was an extreme let down. Expecting noodles, sweet and sour dishes (we got pork but it was so dry and tough I gave up trying to tear through it with a knife or my teeth) could have added so much more to that but was just let down. American was the best night we had which by the standards set so far, wasn’t all that difficult. Burgers. Ribs Mac and cheese. Good food. International night was awful, generally awful. Felt like it was an excuse to use up whatever they had left in the kitchen. Overall the food was of poor quality . I’ve read other reviews where someone has replied with a comment saying we’re sorry that all of this fresh food that our chefs work hard on wasn’t to your taste. Ignore that. Bottom line it’s poor, so come here for the area but do yourself a favour and go self catering.
