Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful.specially Abu Amir, riyad and Soukana from the facility Management, The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food of the restaurant down the Hall was good. Especially,nice and well maintained swimming pool.spacious room as compared to most of the hotels in jeddah, ovell all I will a 4 star review as there is still room for upgraded and maintenance. Thank you Nabarees Al Macy, I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were partially maintained with subpar quality and there was no basic amenities like towels . The wifi was awfully slow and unstable. The location was particularly inconvenient to get in and out. However, the manager was quite pleasant and accommodating. The hotel's one saving grace was its reasonable rate. The view outside was good too.
