The room service cleaning is too bad, the ring bill and services screen at the door didn't work, no iron table, the hir dryer didn't work, the resptionests are rough persons not even smile.

I stayed in this hotel multiple times. It is mostly a business hotel which is conveniently located on the Madina road. There are so many shops and mosques available in the area. Staff were friendly and supportive though you can have communication gaps if you don't speak Arabic. They have restaurants serving buffet breakfast. Also food is always available on order delivered to the room. Laundry service is also available. During Umrah season it is full of pilgrims mainly from Indonesia. Rooms are will designed and fit for purpose. Depending on the location of the room you can have amazing view of the nearby Arbaeen lake from the room.

I want to give more than 5stars of this hotel. Clean, big space, free breakfast delicious and fresh, I recommend this hotel to those who want to come here in Jeddah short stay or long.

Very clean and well organized Rooms are very spacious specially they upgraded us to suite rooms with our kids Service is very quick and staff is very helpful Extra services and food prices are very reasonable and acceptable not expensive It's a calm hotel were you can relax and take some rest: feels like you're home
