I was disappointed with the receptionist's behavior toward myself and my colleagues when we first arrived. I inquired politely if she could do her best to accommodate an early check-in at 12 o'clock and was astonished by her response: "Do you want me to phone the residents and request them to leave so you can check in early." This is poor customer service from a hotel with five star ratings. I'm in Al Hsa for the first time for a conference, and I don't think I'll ever stay here again?

Great service, all the staffs are friendly especially Alvin who assisted is very well. Food was good with a wide selection and all tasty as well. Worth of the price! ?

Last time when I visited here one of the employee Waseem told me to try their lunch so today I came with my friends and tried it. It was worth a try the food was very nice and tasty the ambiance as always v nice me and my friends really enjoyed our food there….thank you Waseem for suggesting us the lunch on Friday

This was my third time visiting here every time was a new and good eperience for me regarding the food ,ambiance, attitude of the staff. I tried breakfast ,seafood night and egyptian night it was just superb..... Also i will like to thank Waseem bai who is a reason for us coming back here because of his care and hospitality and providing everything warm and hot Thanks a lot team continental
