We moved into town and didn’t know ANYONE that could watch our 2 year old while we went to an early morning doctors appointment. The only available time the doctor had available was at 8a, and it was a 30 min commute. Need a Break doesn’t open until an hour later (at 8:30a). Most drop in centers wouldn’t open early for just one kid, but the owners Trina and Cephren made an exception for us (since we couldn’t find anyone- and we tried for almost 3 weeks solid of asking everyone we knew). Not only this, but there have been many times that I have dropped off my little Will and he was just a screaming mess. When this happened I could hardly make myself leave, and when I did finally leave I felt incredibly guilty for even making the choice to ‘drop him off’. Need a Break is so amazing at communicating, 9 times out of 10 they have sent me a text message with his smiling face less than ten minutes later after the melt down drop off incidents. I have dropped my son off at many other places, and no one has gone out of their way like this. I highly recommend this place. Both of the owners are fantastic. They are great communicators, and the facility is a fun, loving, and extremely clean environment for any family looking for a quality child care facility. 5 out of 5 stars!

Highly recommend to all parents in need of childcare! Need-A-Break has always been incredibly kind with us & our toddler, very affordable, and, really, a relief for our family. We have been taking our almost 2 year old to NAB for a year now at least 1-2 times per week for weekly date nights, therapy, doctors appointments, etc. I am a stay-at-home mom and we have zero family within 6 hours of us. It feels SO great knowing that our little one is well taken care of while my husband and I nourish ourselves. Even throughout months of potty training madness (lots of accidents) the staff at NAB has always been loving and patient with my daughter as she transitions through different developmental stages. They treat my daughter like their own & are a real blessing to us.

My 5 children all love coming to Need a Break. They are aged 2 to 9 and everyone has lots of fun playing and crafting, and I feel extremely comfortable dropping them off. I am particular about how cares for my children, and I have always felt exceptionally welcome and that my kiddos are well cared for while there.

Everything was fantastic! The staff was friendly and so good with our two year old. The center was clean, safe and well laid out. Lots of fun toys and activities! My husband & I went on a much needed date night and when we came back to pick up our two year old, he said he wanted to come back again. He LOVED it! I highly recommend Need A Break :)
