The Famous Art Street in Abha is home to around 10 art galleries, a theater that hosts different shows and parties, and many high-end restaurants and cafes, the famous Art Street is located just off the king Khalid road, in Al Muftah village of Abha.

Landscape and Activities

The street is lined with Jacaranda trees, local artworks, colorful lights, and decorations that light up the surroundings at night. The Jacaranda trees blossom during the spring season and make for an enchanting sight. Moreover, there are tons of food options from top-of-range dine-in restaurants to food carts selling mouth-watering local street food.

The Art street offers something for everyone. If you come here with your partner you should get yourselves coffee and take a romantic stroll down Al Saad Walk, where the well-lit decorative ceilings, the scent of fresh flowers, and lush greenery make you feel like royalty.

The Art street has a lively and upbeat vibe which compliments the beautiful landscape and the extensive artificial lightning. The Art street is a nice landmark to take a walk with family or friends and to enjoy your evening. This location is packed with a variety of unique restaurants and cafes. The Art Street also meets the expectations of the 2030 vision. In the future, The Art street has a possibility of turning into a pleasant bazaar. Yet, I can notice that there is a lot of potential with all the unpacked opportunities for SME’s.

The place is really good, clean and well thought of, but it lacks a lot of things that would attract tourists. Like side food and gifts carts, a small entertainment area for kids, and etc. The place looks awesome but its boring, all you can do is walk, and nothing else. Parking spots are extremely limited, and the whole area is fenced! there only few entrances and exits. Overall, it looks great, but thats where it ends. I’d only recommend it if you’re only planning on walking there, and that’s it.

This place looks magical at night! I love the colored lights and decorations, the street lamps and the way they have barricaded the walkway in the art street. The organizers are very strict when it comes to wearing mask. You cannot remove at all times even when taking pictures and you have to keep on moving as to not crowd the place. Good job! Try to see this place day and night so start late afternoon and wait until night time. You can also visit nearby places like Al Muftah Village and the market.

A street decorated with beautiful pieces of art, this is a meeting point for artists and art lovers across the kingdom. The Art Street features around 10 galleries, a theatre to hold parties and many restaurants and cafes where you can unwind. This street, dotted by trees and lined up with colourful umbrellas, is a visual treat.

It's not much of a big deal, to be honest. I was disappointed because I was expecting more from what i saw in the reviews and photos. The place is beautiful, no doubt, since it has a lot of beautiful flowers, but it seems to be over rated. It is a park basically, and a walking area, with cafes around. None of them are open in the morning, which again is a shame. Such beautiful weather in Abha, and a park with cafes like that is NOT open in the morning. What's the whole point of it then?
