The room service in this hotel is the weakness. Unfortunatly was everything for a 2 star Hotel not 4 stars. Starting from Reception to the content of the room. No towels in the room ,broken drawers , Plugs are not in place especialy where we sleep . You should ask the Reception for every single detail in the room, water was no drinking water, no towels , the money safe was not working , i couldnt open it with the code i v given , i asked the reception, he told me too many unuseful words ...... i lost my time with this wounderfull ? action. He heared that i ll inform the minstry of tourism about this thing and then he changed the behavior all of suden..... then he could bring the key of the money safe and in 5 minutes....... The guy in the reception who recieves the room calls is absolutly not the right person here. As a summery i will definitly try another hotel next time. I ll share this experience with minstry of tourism because it is highly unpleasable stay and disturbing.

I love the place..the road is full of trees ...the building design is beautiful. Rooms are clean and the price is convenient in comparison to other dirty hotels. There is nursery and playground for kids. Good services and prompt response. There are shuttle buses to Haram. ❤️ ? really loved the experience...

Very good hotel, amazing food!! Service is fast and respectful, and rooms are always clean. The only negative is that you can't walk the distance from the hotel to the Haram. They do however have a bus every hour to take visitors to and from the Haram. They also have a cafe and a gym, a children's play place. Very good hotel!

A very nice and clean hotel. The rooms my friends stayed in had a lovely view at night. I did not stay there, only visited, so I can't give full details. It looked like the kind of place that I would definitely stay in if I wanted to stay in Mecca.

Violet shesha Hotel is located in Makkah, 3.1 mi from Hira Cave and 3.7 mi from Abraj Al Bait. Warmly decorated rooms. They have flat-screen TVS, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good hotel, nice staff, clean room highly recommended for family, they have coffee shop and kids area also they provide shuttle to drop and pick up from Masjid al Haram. the breakfast open buffet is great with tasty and delicious food” Other amenities include restaurant, warm lobby seating area, meeting rooms etc
