The room service in this hotel is the weakness.
Unfortunatly was everything for a 2 star Hotel not 4 stars.
Starting from Reception to the content of the room.
No towels in the room ,broken drawers , Plugs are not in place especialy where we sleep . You should ask the Reception for every single detail in the room, water was no drinking water, no towels , the money safe was not working , i couldnt open it with the code i v given , i asked the reception, he told me too many unuseful words ...... i lost my time with this wounderfull ? action.
He heared that i ll inform the minstry of tourism about this thing and then he changed the behavior all of suden..... then he could bring the key of the money safe and in 5 minutes.......
The guy in the reception who recieves the room calls is absolutly not the right person here.
As a summery i will definitly try another hotel next time.
I ll share this experience with minstry of tourism because it is highly unpleasable stay and disturbing.
