Alhamdulillah, had breakfast here. There were variety in the food choices. Service by Mr. M. Rafiq was exemplary, he came forward to ask if I would prefer tea or coffee. Then before I knew it, he came with a plate of fruits. Few minutes later, a glass of orange juice was served and then he asked if I would like water. Service with a smile, to other diners too. 👍 well done, Al Firdous Restaurant @Movenpick.

Good day The service level is very very poor! Room cleaning is delayed! Consiergge is delayed! I waited about 45min to get my bags to the room! The breakfast Services and Cleanliness is very poor and sluggish!!! 1 man making eggs! No fruit. Tables are not set fully with basic Servoites and Cutlery!! Their excuse is "WE HAVE GROUP" So what do you want the hotel to have only 100people?? They are UNDER staff!!! Definitely! I did raise this at different levels in a polite manner,but sad to say.... There is no progress! I am here for about 5 days now. Respect for all groups from Dagestan, Kazakhstan etc is important!! Everyone pays .nonone is here for charity! Please change thr attitude. Thanks

I have stayed 6 nights in this hotel on my trip for umrah and let me summarise things for you. 1. Hotel Rooms are quite good and spacious for 2 adults and 1 infant 2. Hotel services are very bad. I requested them 100 times to clean the room and only 1 time they cleaned my room in 6 nights, they will not refill toiletries or clean garbage or change the sheets. 3. The worst is shuttle service, sometimes you might have to wait for 2 hours to get your turn, drivers are rude and do not speak english. At one point driver was kicking us out of bus and we couldn't understand the reason he literally pushed my wife who was holding my infant baby. So if you are planning to stay in this hotel then be patient in terms of service and shuttle bus. Yes hotel price is cheap but these are the issues i faced and every other guest is facing same issue i can assure.

Cockroaches in the room. Very long waiting time for the elevators. It may take upto 10 to 20 minutes to goto the ground floor from 8th floor. Staff not good at English. Have stayed 3 weeks in total their smoke or fire alarm rang almost daily disrupting sleep.
