It is well maintained and offers good value for money. They also do operate shuttle service from hotel to masjd al haram. Though the shuttle stop is approximately a 1.2 Km walk till the mataf main gates. They also have a breakfast buffet menu.

This is a residential hotel in makkah. But it's more then 9km far from haram

Reef Global Hotel is a 4 star hotel in Mecca. It is set at the foot of the Jabal-e-Nur Mountain. Warmly decorated rooms include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are good and clean, receptionists are good too, free shuttle to and from Al Haram. free parking, surrounded by a variety of services, restaurants especially Alback. Other amenities include a restaurant. A warm lobby offers seating. There's also meeting and event space. Wedding services are available.
