Had a great stay here. The staff was amazing as they were attentive with every request. Imagine my surprise when they would bring towels, water, coffee, etc. only a few minutes after calling the front desk. The food was good as well. The breakfast was always filling but the dinner is a bit over priced. $37 for an above average buffet. Only problem I had was that the suites were a bit outdated and had a dank smell, not enough to want another room but it was still there. Just felt a bit stuffy.

We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the Haram, on the map it appears far but the location is great. The service from all staff was amazing. Getting a wheelchair from the hotel was no problem and we kept it for the duration of our stay. They hotel also arranged a private taxi to take us to some sites, and he was best guide ever. Thank you to all at the hotel. Great little food places just outside the hotel.

Very convenient location. We stayed five nights in one of the suits at the ninth floor. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious but not at the same standard as in US. It needs some upgrades. But it was clean and live-able. The big plus was the breakfast and we all enjoyed all of the fancy choices. For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.

Great service, friendly staff members. It’s my second stay at this hotel. For the price, it’s a bargain. And the service got even better. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Holy Mosque. Good breakfast, and suits the taste of everyone. Omar Farook is always more than happy to help, and his service is from the heart. The same applies to all the team members. Large rooms, excellent location, delicious breakfast- what else? Ticks all the boxes, and it’s easy. For your next trip, book this hotel.

I have been coming here for last 12 years. I am a platinum ambassador and service is awesome. Lately I have seen the great customer service even better. The staff are amazing and breakfast buffet is also awesome. Last but not the least the prices are hard to beat!!
