I have a room here, and there is extremely loud construction going on outside my window! The windows don’t do much! I can hear everything and they are sealed shut! I cannot sleep! I requested a room change they said I have to pay 300 riyal. Construction goes on 24 hours. No sympathy or understanding from the reception. Why should I pay more? What kind of customer service is this! And rooms are extremely small! Wouldn’t recommend! Save money and headache

The staff super helpful. When the elevator is packed, they let my family to use service elevator. The food at restaurant quite good with many options. Eventhough the room was too small for 3 people but the other things was super.

We stayed for 5days and we had taken 3 twin beds. According to my experience, the hotel is nearby haram and women’s gate no 3 is nearby. The thing bothered me was the washroom flash . It was old and you need to flash 3/4 times often which was not good at all . Washroom is not that good . Also the ac in our room was not working properly . Though the hotel staff was sent to fix it twice but the they couldn’t as it was old and they couldn’t change our room as the hotel was fully booked . Overall, it would suggest to fix things first in the room and give room to Haji’s as they come from a long way .
