Great location, straight shot, block and half to the masjid. Rooms dated and feel a little congested but the service is eager to please which makes me ignore the fact that they took away used towels and forgot to replace with fresh ones, the first day. Overall thumbs up.

The hotel is very close to the mosque and is in great location surrounded by required shops and restaurants. The staff were kind and fast to respond to our inquiries. However the hotel is very old , rooms have carpeted floors that we ddnt feel it was very clean. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived and it seemed to us that house keeping service must be improved. We did not like the breakfast as it seemed limited in the options it provided, it felt more like lunch options rather than breakfast. We ordered room service and the taste was very bad although the cost is very high. They are currently in the process of renewing the hotel though hopefully they consider the above improvements.

Had a great time here. The room was good - fantastic Service at the restaurant was amazing - a big shout out to Mohammed who was very helpful while we were trying to handle our two young children. Check in process was very quick .Fares big shout to you for the help . Overall I loved the experience and would come back.

Lovely service and stay. From the doormen and reception to cleaners. All welcoming and hospitable. Special mention to Shifa for sorting us out. Definitely worth it and hope to come back soon!

Barista Younes is great, very friendly and makes an amazing iced tea. Rooms are a little outdated, bed could be a tad more comfortable as this is a high end hotel. Showers probably require replacing as water can go cold to very hot quickly and tricky to navigate sometimes. Hopefully will improve post renovation. Breakfast was cold a few times if you get there a little later. Otherwise, room service was great, great nutritious food you can have in the room. Location is very close to mosque and other amenities. Rooms are clean. Staff are very helpful and regularly check if service is good and if anything is required. They do listen and hopefully beds and showers will be better post renovation. Cleaning is great, spot on and regularly cleaned. Bellboys always open door for you which is always a lovely gesture and so polite. Intact, some of the nicest staff I have ever come across.
