Midan Hotel

The hotel is very special, but a little bit more focused services can make it perfect. Unfortunately, they gave me room number 145, where the AC was not working properly. I had to change my room, and this process was too slow. Overall, it was nice to stay with family here, and we enjoyed the boufet breakfast also. It is suggested to have slippers in the toilets.

Midan hotel is a perfect place to stay in Makkah little far from Haram. They provide every basic facility you may be looking for plus luxury facilities: *Beautiful building, huge lobby, enough number of lifts, wonderful view, good reception hospitality and thank God they understand English. *Small kitchen equipped with mini refrigerator, kettle and cups for tea making including ingredients i.e.tea bags, sugar, stirring folks *Clean washroom, shower and taps in good working condition, equipped with towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and dental kit. *Air conditioned room, clean bedsheets, pillows quilts and most important housekeeping service is provided timely whenever requested. *Nice furniture, long cupboard height wise, side tables decorated with lamps, lcd, free wifi. *Kids play area, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant paid services. Location was a big con. Busses drop you off at the ghazi bus stop. During ramadan, it takes hours to get there. It's not a hotel fault, but still think about the location when you book. They had to change my room 4 times. The first room had a water leak from the ceiling. They changed, and then the second room had no wifi coverage, so they changed again. In the 3rd room, the air conditioning broke down, and they changed again. I had to move 4 times during my 8 days' stay. The buffet was listed in SAR30, but the hotel was charging SAR80. There is no other food options nearby this hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Had a great stay with family. Staff was very kind and helpful. Manager is a nice guy. Would be happy to come back again.

Stayed for total of 5 nights. Rooms, service and atmosphere are top notch. You will enjoy staying here. Although shuttle is available it takes avg 15-20 to reach haram. One of the good places to be
