Das Café Afraa ist ein gemütliches Café für Kaffee und Süßigkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist schön und elegant, trotz des kleinen Ortes aber die Verteilung der Sessions ist sehr schön. Das Café serviert heiße und kalte Getränke wie (Latte, Eiskaffee, Mokka, heiße Schokolade, kalte spanische Latte und viele Getränke zum Trinken. Es gibt Desserts (Milchkuchen, Waffeln, Käsekuchen) usw. Sie haben auch Eis in der Kegelzone Cafe ist sauber, ordentlich und die Atmosphäre des Cafés ist schön und ruhig.Außerdem hat das Afraa Hotel einen Busservice und ist 7 Minuten von Masjid al Haram entfernt.Afraa Cafe befindet sich im Afraa Hotel im Erdgeschoss, Masjid Al Haram Road. in der Nähe des saudischen Nationalkrankenhauses Mekka.

My mother who went to Umrah from Canada was very pleased with her stay. She said the manager, Amr was very kind and helpful . He went out of his way to make her stay comfortable. His customer service and care for her needs were outstanding. The hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms included a fridge and all necessities for a comfortable stay. The room service was excellent as housekeeping came in regularly . The breakfast was good as well . The only thing to consider is it is quite far from the haram. Yet, there is a shuttle bus to the haram every 30 min that drops you off at a station that is about a 15- 20 min walk from the main haram gates. Finally, there are many shops and restaurants near by that have many food options. Thank you to the housekeeping staff and to Amr for taking care of my mother during her Umra Visit in January and February 2024. Jazakullah khair!

We stayed for around 3 days to say service is one thing which a hotel needs but they lacked to the core. Pros: 1. Every hour you have shuttle bus to and from haram stick to their schedule available in receptions and found very helpful 2. Good english breakfast which is complimentary 3. Good Location surrounded with basic shops etc. Cons: 1. Had asked a telephone at least to contact the reception and was not given every time you needed to go to the ground floor to ask something 2. Receptionists are almost arab guys and they do not speak any other thing than arabic be prepared for that and they will give least importance if you are a non arab guy 3. Requested to clean the room several times no one turned back 4. Requested to change the rooms everyday but not even listened due to this communication gaps with these guys. Improve your service..!!

The coffee is nice, but it was served a little cold + the service is fast, but when we asked, there were no side dishes of sweets and croissants, there are only biscuits, and the shop has a lot of annoying people who raise their voices
