Violet Hotel - Mekka Nicht abgeholt

What an amazing and memorable experience we have during our stay. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend a couple of your employees Amr at front desk in fact he is the guys who one size fit all and Abdullah in a resturant here at Violet Al Azizia at Mecca. We were greeted with a big warm smile and kind words. Amr and Abdullah was so personable and in a positive mood. Their pleasant interaction with me and my family members are a shining example of good customer service at the front desk. My interaction with Amr at quickly acknowledge me and wiling to do what I request for, he is so friendly that even if, I didn;t get what I request for, no issue from my end. this is so humbling to see when staff members like Amr and Abdullah take their time and try to accommodate all my request to make our stay so memorable. I know I’m only sharing my experience but there’s no way that others don’t feel the positive impact with Amr and Abdullah. I observe Amr interacting with other guests and employees in the same warm manner. Both guys seems to always go out of his way to assist guests; answering questions and pointing them in the right direction. Amr and Abdullah are the reason for guest like me highly recommend this hotel to my family/friends.

I am a long-stay customer of Violet Hotel, more than 1 month stay every time. Great hotel, great buffet, nice rooms (except for TV channels do not work) cleanliness 9/10 but the staff need to know English to assist non Arab customers. All in all 5/5.

The rooms were very clean and neat. There was a cleaning brush left in the shower but I think that was just a mistake. Beautiful building with huge ceilings. The staff was nice but not very helpful when I asked for scissors the front desk said they don't have any which makes no sense for a front desk to not have scissors

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, extremely fancy, the rooms are clean and comfy, so is the bathroom, the laundry service is really good too, didn't get the chance to try the buffet but my friends had nothing bad to say about it.

Excellent investment by owner. Poor customer service especially at check-in, perhaps due to peak period. Never able to use shuttle service. Difficult communication for non-Arabic speakers
