The services were nice. There was a gym for 30sar, a crazy price. A free pool and places to sit and enjoy the view. However, the staff only understand Arabic and were rude. One of the cafe workers always gave me nasty looks haha. I do recommend the hotel if you speak Arabic and enjoy lounging.

In my review, I would highlight the extended delay in cleaning services and how it impacted your overall experience, emphasizing the importance of timely and responsive housekeeping for guests. I personally called multiple times asking for room cleaning for 3 days. I kept being told cleaning would “come in 5 minutes” but on the third day I personally went down and spoke to receptionist TWICE and voiced my concerns. She dismissed me and continued to give me the same answer with no concern or urgency. I had to come down again for the THIRD time to stand in line (waiting for 20 min) to speak to concierge. Finally concierge was able to call and have cleaning done.This took a total of 3 days for an essential task like this to be done. It's crucial to mention the unsatisfactory cleanliness and the unpleasant smell of mold in the room which I also voiced to hotel staff. Highlighting specific issues like these helps future guests make informed decisions about their stay. Cleanliness is the most important thing that I look into when booking a hotel. This is something that needs to be improved.

Rooms were neet and clean. Getting a taxi is very easy. Grocery and fast food joint nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate, no complaints! Swimming pool and playing area for kids. Had to follow up for room cleaning otherwise it was all good.

So this is the best hotel for the buck. Not to far from haram. Exceptional rooms but the best part of the hotel is the breakfast. Great variety of foods. I am so happy with this hotel. Just a high five to the breakfast manager — super nice guy and especially came to seek feedback and all I had to tell him was everything is superb.

The hotel is service is really good with very attentive staff. The hotel looks manifest with very decent atmosphere. There is bus service around the clock. The rooms are very clean and ACs are working pretty fine. The restaurant is good with decent staff. I recommend to choose booking with breakfast option since it is good. The restaurant is operating from 7:00 to 10:00 AM for breakfast; special thanks to restaurant manager Mr. Sameer for his professional and smiling service. Overall RECOMMENDED!
