Rundown place, unhospitable and rude staff, overpriced Gelato " a small cup i.e. 1 scoop for 34 SR!!!!! ", chocolates are old and rancid, their latte' is probably the smallest available in Jeddah. Used to be a regular customer, however there are much better choices available in Jeddah these datys

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received. Table service is non existent in this place (for the price I pay I expect to have full service and honesty I get better service from chucky cheese then I got from the this venue) will not return again.

Rubbish customer service. One staff member was so lost he didn't know what he was doing and how to serve customers. It's not opposite Cartier like they mention so no clear location and we got lost. Gelato was less than average. We had two cones with 2 scoops of gelato each and they cost 26 riyals each. We then had a tiny cup with one scoop of gelato and that was 34 riyals! Ridiculous. All in all a bad experience and I definitely do not recommend and won't be visiting again.

Good ice cream, you can find better if. Absolutely horrible service, two disinterested waiters with an attitude and very high voice tone, very disrespectful. Totally negative experience considering the brand name and quality of ice cream.
