Its very shameful that the hotel has a very nice building, its built wonderful. However, very very bad operation. Rooms are very bad. We had only one towel in the bathroom although we are two people, room service was very bad we couldn't even eat the meal. It took them more than 24 hours just to iron 2 items of clothes. The hotel should seriously consider restructuring everything this is very bad

Nice Hotel, but they need more attention.. Room window dose not close, water in bathroom dose not drain, and phone not working.. Last day the key card stoped working I needed to call and see the reception many times for many issues
