What a horrible hotel ... You make a booking at this hotel 10days in advance for them to cancel the booking the day I arrive two hours before I reach the hotel ... I was with 7 family members travelling from Riyadh... They didn't call me to inform me that they cancelled the booking or anything... If I didn't get the email cancellation from the website which is Agoda I wouldn't have managed to find another place for 8 people late at night ... They don't respect their customers... I don't recommend to use them at all ... By the way they told me to go to the other branch which is a horrible location and very old and dirty for the same period the Cornish one ... See the pictures someone has a video showing a cockroach walking on the bed ... DON'T BOOK AT THEM.

I was in Jeddah on a business trip, stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and was absolutely satisfied. Check-in was very quick and I was greeted by friendly staff at the counter. my room had an excellent, clean with laconic design and a good view. The location of the hotel was also important to me, there’re good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can confidently recommend this place.
