Die Masharef Lounge ist eine prächtige Lounge. Das Personal ist sehr nett und nett. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und elegant. Die Atmosphäre ist nett und ruhig. Sitzecke ist bequem. Lounge ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Lounge bietet leichte Snacks und köstliche Desserts. Spezielle heiße und kalte Getränke wie Milchkaffee, heiße Schokolade, Eisschokoladen-Pistazien-Latte usw. Sie haben Pizza, Burger, Hähnchenstreifen usw. Die Masharef-Lounge befindet sich im Swissotel Al Maqam im Erdgeschoss, Mekka.

The housekeeping service here is very quick and nice. The staff is very helpful and cooperative always doing their work with a smile on their faces and making us feel welcome. They have dealt us with full attention. Everything was delivered beautifully and in perfect order. The quality of the service itself was outstanding and the presentation was visually appealing.I specially thank you room boy Kawsar... Rom2020??

Rooms were ok, lots of wear and tear due to age. Our shower head kept dropping down the rail and had to be strapped up. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location - excellent!!! 5min walk from the grand mosque and has a food court. Breakfast is worth paying for - puts the continental breakfast to shame! Pay with card or correct amount of cash as they don't give change until you check out. Recommended and would stay again.

"The Anti-Smile Hotel" Nobody is smiling at this hotel. Customer service rates a 1 out of 10. I booked a triple room, but they provided me with only 2 beds. I called them several times, and they brought the third bed after 24 hours! LITERALLY after 24 hours ! I had to sleep on the ground. The staff at the reception treat you poorly, not everyone, but most of them. The restaurant employees are amazing. I hope the HR department can hire people like them for the reception. HR department, you need to train your employees on how to interact with customers.

Dawood gave excellent service. He arrived on time to collect our bags, with a smile and a very positive vibe. We appreciate his quickness in loading our luggage and getting it down stairs. Thanks Dawood and thanks to whoever trained him. He is very good

Just stayed there, and the location was perfect. It's very near to Haram. Housekeeping staff on our floor was very friendly and polite. They did whatever we asked for without any delays or hesitation. Breakfast was a buffet and had ample space. The only thing it lacked was service. People who were leaving, the service staff cleaned the table but never set up the table for the other people. You have to ask for it. You have to wait while they set up. This happened all my stay. Rooms were tidy, and the bathroom was clean with all the amenities. If I ever come back, I will defo stay here again.
