I visited the Hotel a week ago and was so impressed that I returned last weekend. Its convenient location next to masjid gates 21-22 and the exceptional service, especially from Ethar, made both of my stays memorable. The combination of strategic location and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel a top choice in Medina.

Excellent place for staying in Madina Munawara. Centrally located. Close to Shops, ladies entrance to the mosque. Definitely recommend. We stayed in Anwar ul Madinah Mövenpick, that was terrible though they claim to be 5 star but I strongly don't agree with that.

It’s just in front of the mosque. Few seconds walk and that’s it. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and you can see mosque from the breakfast location.

Excellent all around! I was simply surprised at the amazing level of service, attention to the needs of the guests, and constant feedback requests from everyone to the bellhop to the front desk, all the way to the chefs and managers. Mr Alawi checked us in at the front desk and not only made our stay comfortable, but also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and travel plans. This made our visit to Madinah and the Prophets mosque easier so we could focus on what we came here for which is Ibadah. My wife and are both Hhonors gold members but I feel like we got platinum level service. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit in March next year.

Location is the only good thing. Everything else is horrible. Room size is very small. Everything is outdated. Room access does not work. I visited this hotel more than 15 years and it is still same. This place is overdue for renovation.
