I am currently staying in the hotel and am due to leave this morning. However, I am unable to order food to my room. I understand it is Ramadan, but in the lifts and elsewhere it says that you can order food to your room 24hrs, but when I called just now, I was told the kitchen is closed. It is quite possible that not every guest is fasting either because they are unwell, have a medical condition or are travellers. As such, it is quite disappointing that (1) there is no possibility of ordering food to our rooms and (2) that no service or options were presented to me except for a 'I'm sorry, the kitchen is closed'. Not the service I would have expected.

FANTASTIC LOCATION. Just a few steps to the Haram. Hotel is quite, comfortable and the furniture is modern looking. Buffet is great. House keeping can improve their services.

Exquisite in everything. Hotel staff was very good. We were there for 5 nights and chose sehri. Menu was immense in everything ?. Salads, main course, dairy, seafood, bakery, fruits, and drinks. Their staff at the restaurant was very kind and helpful, especially Muhammad Nizamuddin. He was at the restaurant's reception. The location of the hotel is very good. We were literally i the middle of every facility and especially 3 minute walk to Al Haram. You just need to leave 30 minutes before to avoid rushing and get a good place on any floor. Our overall experience was wonderful. May Allah accept and reward us all.

The location was close to the ladies entrance and there is lots of options to eat nearby. The staffs in the cafeteria were nice and helpful. The room seems decent but we had a nightmare when we discovered bedbugs in the room. The hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness of the room and the ensure all rooms are free from bedbugs and other pests.

A fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. The front desk staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are okay, the beds are bit smaller but comfortable. The only problem is the access to the hotel as it is neither adjacent to access road nor the underground parkings. You have to walk with luggage to the nearby access road. Also sometimes the pedestrian access remains close specially closer to prayer times. Also staff were very polite and caring, Tito was an excellent manager at the hotel. Overall very good experience.
