Das 3rd Floor Cafe in der King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Road ist ein kleines, ruhiges und elegantes Café, das verschiedene Tee- und Kaffeesorten serviert. Der Ort hat seinen Namen von seiner Lage im 3. und höchsten Stock des Hamra Plaza;

Obwohl der Innenraum nur über begrenzte Sitzplätze verfügt, macht der 3. Stock dies mit einer großen Außenterrasse wett, die einen Blick auf den Rest der Plaza bietet. Die Beleuchtung im Inneren ist gedimmt - perfekt für eine gemütliche Kaffeepause. Die Angestellten sind sehr aufmerksam und Sie werden immer einen Kellner finden, der dafür sorgt, dass jeder Gast seine Bestellung erhalten hat.

Die hier servierten Getränke sind von verschiedenen Sorten. Sowohl heiß als auch eisgekühlt. Diese können von einer Auswahl an Kuchen und Gebäck begleitet werden, die aus dem Glasdisplay in der Nähe der Theke sichtbar ist.

Das Café hat eine begrenzte Einrichtung, aber es passt gut zur Atmosphäre des Ortes. An jeder Wand sind ein paar große Leinwände ausgestellt und in einigen Ecken des Kaffees und draußen sind Blumentöpfe zu sehen, zusammen mit LED-Bäumen auf der Terrasse die abends schön leuchten.

It's a nice place but the service was really too slow. I had to repeat my order several of times and still didn't get it right. Their sheesha is good. The fatayr was also good, but the coffee wasn't so tasty.

It’s a shame the management and service is so bad. The setting and decor is nice but the service is appalling. We asked 3 times for an order and one of us didn’t get order till after the rest of our table had finished our food and drinks. She had to ask more than 3 times and multiple people to actually get her order. Then when it came to the bill, it’s so confusing the prices are not correct and you have to times it by two to get the correct amount. We were splitting the bill and one of us paid 465 instead is 46.50 which is more than the total bill combined! then it took 30 minutes just to sort the refund. The cashier and waitress were also rude as if it was our fault they messed up. Also they aren’t good at seating people correctly. 1 person on a table made for 4-6 people. Or 2 people taking up a whole double table too. We won’t be returning unless they seriously improve their customer service.

great experience , some of my views might sound biased due to me being a little older. No printed menus , the food prices in relation to the serving size is a bit over priced if your intention is to have lunch or dinner. However, when spending time with friends the prices are acceptable. the atmosphere is splendid
