food is nice and staff but busy you need to come early thanks for all staff

The hotel is good location, good room' for 2 person BedRoom withe small living room and small bar kitchen and bathroom About service housekeeper was so bad they didn't clean my room for 2 days even when I make a call asking for them

The room is not so clean broken sofa. My daughter found a stipple on the floor, too expensive yet bad service and no good room. Breakfast is quite expensive and not so great(cold old food). Swimming pool is dirty. (Photo attached) Window is broken, Curtains are falling off. Everything is not right in this hotel( we booked Junior suite). It’s like ghost hotel when you get in the lobby it’s dark most of the lights are off not sure if they save electricity or the lights are broken. Hotel looks old and not much proper maintenance. HOTEL IS EXPENSIVE NOT SUITABLE OF THE SERVICE THEY OFFER SPECIALLY THE ROOMS ?? Gym equipment is rusty, stinky and very dirty. Pool table is broken. Pool don’t know when was the last time they clean it and it’s stinks in there. Girl receptionist was a bit rude. We travel a lot, stayed many hotels. I normally give good reviews but this time i have to warn travelers THIS HOTEL DOES NOT GIVE YOU WHAT THEY ADVERTISED (VERY NICE AND CLEAN) this is review is what the real hotel is.

The reception staff are the best in this place but rooms are the worst the bathroom and shower is like a hell when you just think to take a shower, there is food smell in the rooms wifi is working in some parts and some parts no. The restaurant can’t be names as a restaurant already small room with something can’t be called breakfast. The staff are friendly but this place can’t be a 1 star apartments even. The value for money can’t be even compared to what you get. As you don’t get anything.

While I wasn't fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the room provided, I genuinely appreciate the staff's effort to secure a refund for two nights, especially since not all of them spoke English. I'm grateful for Allah's blessings, as the manager was present by the time I dropped by the hotel to grant permission for the refund, and I had a friend who speaks Arabic to assist. Additionally, I enjoyed the traditional sweets provided by the receptionist.
