Кафе 3rd Floor, расположенное на King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Road, представляет собой небольшую тихую и изысканную кофейню, где подают различные виды чая и кофе. Место получило свое название от места на третьем, самом высоком этаже Hamra Plaza;

Хотя в интерьере мало сидячих мест, 3-й этаж компенсирует это большой открытой террасой, с которой открывается вид на остальную площадь. Освещение внутри тусклое - идеально для уютного кофе-брейка. Персонал очень внимателен, и вы всегда найдете официанта, который следит за тем, чтобы каждый гость выполнил свой заказ.

Здесь подают напитки разных сортов. И горячий, и ледяной. Они могут сопровождаться выбором пирожных и пирожных, которые видны на стеклянной витрине возле прилавка.

Кафе имеет ограниченный декор, но он хорошо сочетается с атмосферой заведения, на каждой стене висит несколько больших холстов, а в некоторых уголках кафе и снаружи можно увидеть горшки с цветами, а также светодиодные деревья на террасе. которые красиво загораются вечером.

It's a nice place but the service was really too slow. I had to repeat my order several of times and still didn't get it right. Their sheesha is good. The fatayr was also good, but the coffee wasn't so tasty.

It’s a shame the management and service is so bad. The setting and decor is nice but the service is appalling. We asked 3 times for an order and one of us didn’t get order till after the rest of our table had finished our food and drinks. She had to ask more than 3 times and multiple people to actually get her order. Then when it came to the bill, it’s so confusing the prices are not correct and you have to times it by two to get the correct amount. We were splitting the bill and one of us paid 465 instead is 46.50 which is more than the total bill combined! then it took 30 minutes just to sort the refund. The cashier and waitress were also rude as if it was our fault they messed up. Also they aren’t good at seating people correctly. 1 person on a table made for 4-6 people. Or 2 people taking up a whole double table too. We won’t be returning unless they seriously improve their customer service.

great experience , some of my views might sound biased due to me being a little older. No printed menus , the food prices in relation to the serving size is a bit over priced if your intention is to have lunch or dinner. However, when spending time with friends the prices are acceptable. the atmosphere is splendid
