Zowar International Hotel

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.. Ten days ago me and my family stayed this hotel.The only good thing is location hotel to masjide nabwi just 5 to 6 minutes walking distance. The room was so small and furniture was so old fashioned.Washroom interior tiles was too old like 30 years old. The bathtub was broken. Housekeeping staff was so rude and unhelpful and arrogant. Hotel elevators was so busy, for use wait long long time. And another thing I annoyed that hotel renovations workers also used customers same elevator with their dirty dress. The room was not same as shown in website or hotel details pictures. Money paid high and service satisfaction was around zero out of ten.

A week ago we stayed this hotel 3 nights.The hotel entrance lobby looks like very good but room and washroom was so dirty and very very old fashioned interior in washroom. The housekeeping staff was so rude and their behaviour was not hospitality. Room carpet was so dirty, The main door lock side was broken. Hotel service was not satisfied for my pay high room rent I feel Only one thing positive side is from this hotel to masjide nabwi walking distance just 5 to 6 minutes.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR MY EXPERIENCE. Few days ago We stayed 3 nights. When we entered the room carpet was so dirty, Even we saw every furniture covered with mild dust.We could not eat our packet lunch by see room environment.Then first we called housekeeping and said to clean the room instantly. That was the only one good service in three days. Rest of the days housekeeping staff didn't clean properly and their behaviour was so rude and unhelpful. Washroom was so old and dirty, washroom interior tiles are very very old fashioned like 20 year old .

Very nice hotel in the heart of Madinah. Stayed here with family and it was very comfortable 4 nights stay for us. Distance to Masjid e nabvi is hardly 5 minutes of walk and gate for females is very near as well. Room service was good, they cleaned our room twice upon request. Bed space was comfortable. Check-in was bit late considering heavy rush of Umrah visitors but it was a comfortable to sit in lobby. They offered us top floor (14th) so we got lovely mountains view from our window. Lot of options to get quality food , grocery and shopping in nearby. I highly recommend this hotel in Madina if you're traveling with family.

This is by far at the top of the worst hotels l've ever stayed at. I had booked 2 rooms and both of them lacked basic hygiene. The toilets were disgusting and unclean. The hotel management should know that shower curtains also have a usage life and should be replaced after someone - I can bet that they've been there for ages! Most of the mattresses in both of our rooms seems to have seen better days - the were ready for immediate disposal having completely lost their flatness. I can understand the crowd is huge and the hotel management can't always control the behavior of the people staying at the property but can and should take measures to ensure cleanliness. The floor area always had trash around with containers filled with rice and curries and other garbage. I also understand that parking is first come and first served but I noticed the security making turning down guests saying there is no parking space available yet making room for friends cars parked in the vicinity! I had a negative experience at the hotel which could understandably be different from other guests but I will not stay at this property again.
