this one is quite far from the mosque. they upgraded us to their new hotel which was close to the mosque. Nice Hotel Cozy rooms great room service. hotel staffs are well behaved and well spoken.

We had a quad room for 3 nights and the hotel and its staff were really amazing. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of lifts in Hotel, breakfast was also very nice and offered a variety of foods, especially for kids. The location is great 5-10 min walk to Masjid e Nabwi. Plenty of shopping and eating options are available nearby.

The car park is too narrow, even I hit my side mirror to the wall trying to get out. If you have a medium-sized or big size car, you should reconsider using the park. The good thing is the parking staff are aware and very helpful 24/7 The room was very narrow for a 4 bedroom Bed mattress was very hard no enough bellows There was always ( every day, night and day, I stayed there 5 days) a smell of cocked shrimp or fish in the main entrance, which was nauseating to me. The walls are not soundproof Staff are very helpful and friendly Easy check inn/ out procedures Enough and fast elevators, even at times of overcrowd The location is excellent

Booked it as it looked promising on the website. Left completely shocked once myself and my family arrived. Horrible hotel, in need of a huge renovation especially rooms/bathrooms. Broken facilities. Got our booking wrong. Such a run down place. As soon as you enter the hotel you're hit with such a strong scent literally causes headache .. if you're sensitive to smell this isn't ideal. Elevators never all working sometimes you're waiting up to 10 mins for the elevator. Cupboards in room are broken, ac wasn't working, minimal outlets and even then not all work. The only positive this hotel has is the location but even then I wouldn't pay to stay here again. I could really list so many other issues but I'm sure you get the jist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. We log to our room which I can only compare to the worst travel lodge you’ve been to. Food left in the fridge, freezing cold and dusty. Our amazing travel agent got us (me and my husband) a free upgrade that night to a quad room. 4 single beds and much bigger with carpet: room was dusty and needed a clean. Once it was clean it was somewhat bearable. Rooms were not cleaned unless requested. Even then, bathroom was never properly cleaned and we had to request multiple times for basic things like towels and toilet paper. Breakfast buffet was horrible. Stale food and we only tried it once. Guests smoking all over the hotel. Never again
