Not actually they shown in the pictures....elevator also small....rooms are not big....washroom also have no good toiletries...service also not good...didn't come for cleaning....reception no one available there...they don't pick calls...

Best hotel in this price range very close to haram shareef and every thing is good , great value of money

Location is good rest of everything overpriced inadequate lighting in rooms bad smell in toilet Bad Internet No timetable for housekeeping..

Quick check in , working quality that fits for family short stay for Almasjid Alnabawi visit and Almadinah site seeing good value for money with accepted quality The toilet fan doesn’t work properly and it seems that it doesn’t work for all the facility

The receptionists have the absolute worst attitude. No people skills whatever and they seem so incompetent in the role that they've been hired for. Everyone tends to hand in their keys before going to the masjid as you arrive at different times back to the hotel and this avoids each person being locked out. My husband handed the key to the reception but when I came and asked for it. The receptionist guy put very little effort into finding it. Says to me that he doesn't have it in a very dismissing way. I would have had to wait outside had I not called my husband and asked the guy to look for it again. Bare in mind that this has happened on multiple occasions. I've been dismissed because the guy cannot be bothered looking for it properly. Especially the Arab guy in traditional clothing has extremely rude mannerism. Its like he doesn't want to work and his dad's forced him to sit there. The rooms were okay small and toilet was pretty dirty despite having been cleaned.
