They provided non-smoker rooms and was warned if smoked a fine of 200 SAR will be paid despite us asking for a smoker room. Rooms are very tiny, bathrooms have a strange smell that made me very uncomfortable. The location is great right next to Haram within a couple of minutes walking distance. The receptionist was a good man and a cooperative.

Good hotel as it is very near to masjid al nabavi.. Cleanliness is also fine ,reasonable price. Staff is very helpfull , I am giving 4 star

Good hotel as it is very near to masjid al nabavi.. disadvantage is restaurant is not yet opened inside hotel after covid period... Cleanliness is also fine. Staff will not come to clean by them self unless u called them. I am giving 4 star rating only for 2 reasons as its very near and 2nd cleanliness is also better at reasonable price. I paid 270 per night inclusive taxes.
