The service was absolutely awful, the window was broken meaning the window couldn't be closed,, some of the staff are rude and have poor people skills. The canteen manager took a bowl of fruit cocktail off me when I finished breakfast (possibly throwing the fruit away) because he did not want me to take the bowl to the room. Only has room services once in 4 days and we had to ask several times for this to be completed and even had the sign on the front of the door nobe. I don't intend to return back Only positive is it is very very close to masjid

Nice, clean, comfortable. Convenient location. We had multiple breakfasts and lunch at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff - ready to go the extra mile. We had a big group, in four rooms - few of the people in the group were elderly. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. Thank you, Taiba Madinah.

Taiba hotel is one of the best hotel to stay. We had a buffet breakfast that was really good. One of the staff - Mr. Rezaul really took care of us and was very hospitable. He is very caring and passionate about his work and provided us with excellent customer service. Food was delicious and over all our stay was perfect

It is excellent place to stay in Madinah. Five star in real sense. Very close to Masjid al Nabwi. The Restaurant supervisor Mohammard Raza is an excellent man with a skill of utmost hospitality. He is very caring and passionate. He made us feel home. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. We will come back for Mr. Raza. Food is very delicious. Restaurant has full facility of wifi.
