Good Afternoon i first want to state that i am currently staying in hotel. firstly the pool doesn't have towels, you must go down to reception and walk with your room towel. The television which they advertise has satellite channels, don't work and i have asked to fix, and the hot water in the shower is pathetic, the only good thing about the hotel the breakfast is good people are friendly but nothing you ask for is done. i am currently staying in hotel and if my company did not pay for the whole stay before hand i would check out and find other accommodation. The hotel receptionist was a woman who was extremely helpful and kind as we reached earlier than our check-in time. The Bangladeshi stuff were super helpful and swift- from changing keys to providing extra blankets. Their service made the stay a seamless experience. Rooms were good except the washroom of the standard room was tiny. However, suite was larger and even had microwave. The plug ports were unusual, didn’t fit. Location is decent not fully convenient, as ride is needed for going to beach or malls or any place for that matter.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is excellent for my purposes (e.g. very close to the venue of my conference). Rooms are nice and well furnished and the upgraded executive suite I got is massive, but the fun ends there. The staff of this hotel appear to know nothing about the hotel industry, from the reception down to house keeping. They always promise but almost never achieve. Dirty bed lining and dirty towels that are too difficult to change, scarce hot water in the shower,

We stayed 2 days at Prime Al Hamra. The front staff lady was kind and speaks good English. Rooms were spacious and relaxing. Resturant Manager Mr. Yousuf was kind, and accommodating, variety of Arabic and continental food. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed 3 days at prime hotel. The room was very comfortable. The location was great not too far from the sea. The food was excellent. Specially breakfast, the manager Mr.Mohamed yousef was great. He was very helpful and he was checking on every table to make sure people gets what they asked for. He made our coffee by himself after we complained about the machine adding sugar. Thank you mr. Mohamed.
