- I couldn’t sleep during all my stay, they have a very noisy elevator, it rings and makes sound all the time. - As a 4 stars hotel they must improve the breakfast by adding fresh Juice instead of the fake colored sugary water that they serve, plus to add more variety items. - Regarding the room service, it’s been 10 days staying in my room and the carpet is very dirty, they dont clean the floor! They only change the bed covers and towels. - The rooms have a very bad smell! - The air condition in my room makes a lot of noise when turning on.. It’s not my first time at that hotel, I stayed here for more than 30 days.. and changed many rooms, I experienced problems in each room that i’ve tried!! It shouldn’t be a 4 stars hotel, i’ll give it a 3 stars max.

The front office staff at RozeMond Hotel deserves special recognition for their professionalism and support throughout my stay. Ms. Alyaa Al Harby, the Front Office Manager, along with her team including Nourhan Al Korashi, Yazan Al Ghamdi, Salman Al Madani, Areej Al Eisery, and Ms. Elaaf Abou Al Khiour, provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Their assistance and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. Thank you so much for the decent Fares Hawsawi, and Ms. Sharifa. My accommodation included breakfast at the hotel's main restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The food quality was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Special thanks to Ms. Elein, Mr. Ferdinand, Mr. Mohammed Kutb, and Chef Moustafa from Beni Suef for their professionalism and culinary expertise. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Mohammed Ragab, the Restaurant Manager, and Head Chef Ibrahim, for their outstanding leadership and dedication to excellence. Additionally, chefs Khaled, Medhat and Moustafa deserve recognition for their contributions to the exceptional dining experience at RozeMond Hotel. I must commend the housekeeping team for their excellent work in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant environment did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to my overall satisfaction with the accommodation. In conclusion, my stay at RozeMond Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and delectable dining options made for a truly unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend RozeMond Hotel to anyone seeking a five-star hospitality experience.

Good. All good. Staffs are very cooperative and taking care of the Guests specifically in the Restaurant section. Ms Elaina & Mr Fernando very caring to all the Guests. I feel breakfast section should be improved. Lots of items in Salad section but only few items in the main course section. Cornflakes of two types... Out of that there should be Muesli as one. Live section should be in front so that guests can advice the Chef directly. Over all good experience.

everything is perfect. The staff are very nice and friendly from reception to dining. Special thanks to dining staff Ms. Elaine is very friendly and accomodating and the manager Mr. Rajab for the very good service. The foods are delicious and the portion is big. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up!
