I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is excellent for my purposes (e.g. very close to the venue of my conference). Rooms are nice and well furnished and the upgraded executive suite I got is massive, but the fun ends there. The staff of this hotel appear to know nothing about the hotel industry, from the reception down to house keeping. They always promise but almost never achieve. Dirty bed lining and dirty towels that are too difficult to change, scarce hot water in the shower,

We stayed 2 days at Prime Al Hamra. The front staff lady was kind and speaks good English. Rooms were spacious and relaxing. Resturant Manager Mr. Yousuf was kind, and accommodating, variety of Arabic and continental food. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed 3 days at prime hotel. The room was very comfortable. The location was great not too far from the sea. The food was excellent. Specially breakfast, the manager Mr.Mohamed yousef was great. He was very helpful and he was checking on every table to make sure people gets what they asked for. He made our coffee by himself after we complained about the machine adding sugar. Thank you mr. Mohamed.

It was amazing breakfast experience. The manager Mr.Mohamed yousef was extremely helpful. He was around to make sure everyone gets what they want . I loved my stay in particular the restaurant at breakfast time. Food was great.

The hotel is good overall The service is fast and the employees are nice, except that they rushed us for check-out which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was very good and delicious, different choices and good quality The room was clean and wide, but it needs some maintenance and care to details to be perfect ??
