Reception was not responsive. For someone who booked a suite the room wasn’t ready for hours. I left and went to a different hotel they ruined my stay in Jeddah. Highly don’t recommend you book here unless you have time and money to waste.

One of the most luxurious hotels I’ve been to. Everything is outstanding, the staff, room service, the decor, the breakfast and the Arabic coffee in the reception. Keep it up ??

Everything! From the beautiful architecture to all the staffs! The staffs were so polite and helpful Their breakfast buffet was delicious with many different varieties. Rooms were spacious and spotless and everything was so hi tech especially the smart glass. My wife and I loved it and we will surely come again

Don’t be deceived by appearances. This hotel looks fine as wine, design is a piece of art and the view is everything. However, what is inside is the complete opposite ( operation wise). Earlier today I had the worst experience dealing with the reservations “manager “ named Areej. She was unprofessional, rude and a liar. She claimed saying things to me in the afternoon phone call where she actually didn’t. She even claimed that I disrespected her by cursing and swearing where I didn’t. Mr. Amaar - the reception supervisor I believe - tried his best accommodating the situation but sometimes it’s hard to say the truth in front of your co-worker. He refused to go back to the recorded phone call between me and Areej to proof her wrong claims. I will be more than happy to share more with the Hotel GM as I know this will be read by him very soon. Best Regards,
