Don’t be deceived by appearances.
This hotel looks fine as wine, design is a piece of art and the view is everything. However, what is inside is the complete opposite ( operation wise). Earlier today I had the worst experience dealing with the reservations “manager “ named Areej. She was unprofessional, rude and a liar. She claimed saying things to me in the afternoon phone call where she actually didn’t. She even claimed that I disrespected her by cursing and swearing where I didn’t.
Mr. Amaar - the reception supervisor I believe - tried his best accommodating the situation but sometimes it’s hard to say the truth in front of your co-worker. He refused to go back to the recorded phone call between me and Areej to proof her wrong claims.
I will be more than happy to share more with the Hotel GM as I know this will be read by him very soon.
