The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious with smart technology. The bathroom is the highlight of the room from its marble finish, Japanese toilet ? seat, big bath ? tub and wide rainfall shower ?. The beds are comfortable. The staff are extremely nice, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The location is close to the corniche, but the view isn't that great. The one thing I didn't like was the room's carpet, which had lots of stain spots ?.

Only stayed one night but I enjoyed it! The hotel room is spacious with walk in closet, comfortable king bed, large desk, and highly automated. For example, with the click of a button all the curtains close, blinds come down and you are in sleep mode. Also the bathroom is spacious and the toilet is the Japanese type that is automated. Definitely enjoyed that experience ?. Only downside is the service that could improve. Had to call room service 3 times to order. Laundry person who picked my clothes ask 2 times to make sure I have cash to pay. That’s the part that could improve.

Incredible hotel and hospitals and service are outstanding!!! They serve you with their hearts and they’re always welcoming and warm!! The guy that gives you the welcome with Arabic coffee is the best!!! And the team in the hotel are always amazing!! Rooms are beautiful

Narcissus Alhamra was beautifully designed space, from the lobby right up to the room. The staff members you encounter are all exceedingly polite, friendly, and professional. YARA was a great receptionist and finished our check-in within seconds. Every aspect of our time in this hotel was smooth, including adding days to our reservation. The room service and cuisine are also top-notch

I hope you have a wonderful day in your personal life. A day so wonderful and special that you plan every second of it. I hope you’ll be excited about it, and spare no expense in order to make your day unforgettable. Only to have a group of unfit employees ruin it for you. And continue to unwind your perfect day until you’re left with nothing but scraps and a broken heart. Don’t come to this hotel for a special occasion. You’ll live to regret it.
