A good hotel with good customer service. The rooms are clean, well furnished and of good size. It is a little bit away from the Haram but the hotel provides a very good, timely and free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. I have uploaded the current timetable (March 2018) of the shuttle bus service and would recommend increasing the frequency of the service. The breakfast had a good range to choose from.
