House keeping service was excellent. As a Newzelander I am so much impressed with their behaviour and service like cleaning. We were 25 persons group and all of us is highly satisfied. Room No. 9125.

a week ago on I stayed in room 126 and i must say that the housekeeping staff took very good care of all our needs. Room, toilets and kitchen are well cleaned. Water towels tissue etc anything we asked they are very quick to respond with a smile

Rooms with very bad quality and high prices (I don't know why?), delayed check in, my reservation was king size bed, I got twin bed room with very narrow (100cmW) single bed which was completely uncomfortable. Room isolation was very poor. Garage access was chargeable 5SR/hour!! Breakfast was very poor with below the average food and service. I don't think to stay in that hotel again.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I don't often leave reviews,but this hotel is a catfish. When I have expressed my concerns to the hotel they have stated there is nothing they can do. I feel the reviews here are not a true reflection of what this hotel offers. The rooms are dated and dirty. The shower gives either boiling hot or freezing cold water. Sometimes it would switch to very hot regardless of the setting- not great when you're already in the shower. The handle came off in my 5 year old daughters hand so we were locked in until a family member opened it from outside. The breakfast is of a very poor standard. We had to manually pull the chain in the cistern to flush the toilet. The room service workers do work hard but there's less staff for the amount of rooms they have to clean so we can go all day without the room getting made. This hotel is more expensive than most- price does not reflect quality in this case.

Great hotel to stay in and the restaurants are also good. If you’re tired don’t wanna go anywhere to eat and so hungry just pick one restaurant in the building eat and relax in your room. You can find everything in the building. The big shopping mall in the basement is so convenient.
