An excellent hotel and friendly professional staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and with amenities. Service staff are prompt in attending to requests. Hotel shuttle is available round the clock to Jamarat bus station. Al Dana definitely deserves a good review.

Absolutely beautiful. Checked in very quickly and staff took our things up straight away. All of the downstairs areas and corridors are spacious and there are plenty of lifts and they're all smooth. Prayer room is nice and clean. Rooms are beautiful and stylish, only problem was there was a leak in the bathroom that wasn't getting fixed quickly enough. And Wi-Fi was really slow, even in reception. In comparison to other hotels the free bus service was a bit confusing and the bus was smaller and tighter than the previous hotel buses that we took. Overall though, staff were really polite and helpful, we checked in and out smoothly and quickly. I do recommend this hotel.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. Hotel needs to seriously improve cleanliness. Rooms are small and either have an odd smell or smell of cigarettes. Towels have an odd smell. Fridges smell. Beds are comfortable though. Location is terrible as you need to cross a very busy main road to find a taxi. Wouldn’t recommend families with young children to stay here. The one thing about this hotel which is outstanding is their food. We had iftaar one evening and were delighted with the quality and selection of food. Everything was very tasty. Chef here is very talented. Would love to eat here again but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is definitely not four stars and it is far away from being there. The hotel is old and not clear. You can see the lack of hygiene and cleaning the moment you step into the hotel. The lefts are very dirty same for the the bathrooms. The only thing that is thankfully clean is the bedding. The hotel service is very slow as well

I did not stay in the hotel, but I had a very positive experience with it. I booked a non-refundable room, but I got sick before going. So, I requested them to cancel and give me a full refund, which they kindly accepted. This positive experience makes this hotel my first consideration the next time I want to visit Makkah. Thank you.

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
