First of all, I used to come to the hotel all time along. Now everything isn’t the same way before. The room service is now slow, and there isn’t any fun games in the beach without paying A LOT of money. If they could improve in the service and entertainment, I will certainly give them a 5 star.

Went for iftar party... 275 sar per person is really costly for the food they provide..may be 100sar was good enough..nice ambiance but too crowdy.. food also getting cold too fast...

I went there multiple times to attend technical training and seminars. The toilets in any local park in the Fanateer area are much cleaner than the one in Intercontinental. No regular cleaning.

Booked the resort for the beach and when we reached there they said the main beach is booked for ladies only that day. They should have told us prior the booking or even mention that on their website. I shared the beach they gave us for family.

It's the best hotel Among KSA, it's very big hotel. A lot of activities you can find it there..the staff very very helpful and they are very kind. I didn't recognize all their names, but I remember Reji she is very nice she is responsible about the recreations in the hotel.. The hotel has 2 beach one for family the other for singles..

InterContinental Hotel is a 5 star hotel in jubail. It's a 2 km drive from Al Nakheel Beach. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making equipment. They also have marble bathrooms, minibars and garden views. The breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great. They give towels for both the sea and the pool. The beach is great. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Other amenities include gym, cafe, mosque, swimming pool etc
