I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail, and despite its slightly aged exterior, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room's remarkable infrastructure. The quality of the amenities, furnishings, and the general upkeep of the room exceeded my expectations. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Very professional staff.

The hotel is too expensive compared with value provided. 1. The hotel is old and needs a lot of improvement to cope with other Intercontinental hotels. 2. The hotel lacks activities. I do not see it a place of leisure for families and kids. 3. The swimming pool is very old and full of dead flies and other insects. 4. Breakfast is not attractive neither fresh nor tasty. 5. The hotel cost is not rationalized at all even if it has a private beach. The water in the beach is not clean. 6. The hotel lacks green landscape and the empty spaces are boring and dull. 6. I see the hotel rating as 6.5. The good things about hotel are: 1. Staff are good. 2. Location is great.

I just returned from an extremely relaxing few days at this property. Three particular things really stood out: 1) the level of service and friendliness of staff - every single person I dealt with provided an impeccable service, always with a smile; everyone from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave showed genuine care about our comfort. 2) the cleanliness and condition of the rooms - the hotel has been around for several decades and I always expect cleanliness and condition of rooms to have deteriorated over the years. Not the case at all - the room was SPOTLESS and although the style is quite classic, everything was in perfect condition, feeling almost brand new. 3) the Food! I am always anxious by hotel food - not here. The food is fresh, tasty, huge portions, and genuinely a good meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great stay.

I came here for the first time , my experience with the staff was really good. I called the room service at 3AM to change few things in my room and Anowar was super sweet and helpful because of his kindness and great help my stay went really well . Thank you Anowar??

Nice, in general quiet hotel. It's getting a bit outdated and could use some modernization. Texmex restaurant is closed and the buffet restaurant is only open on wed-thu-fri evenings. The Lebanese restaurant every day. Staff is still great and very helpful. Stayed here a few times over the past years and enjoy my stays.

InterContinental Hotel is a 5 star hotel in jubail. It's a 2 km drive from Al Nakheel Beach. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making equipment. They also have marble bathrooms, minibars and garden views. The breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great. They give towels for both the sea and the pool. The beach is great. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Other amenities include gym, cafe, mosque, swimming pool etc
