Most issues are with their service staff Rude and shameless behaviour. I have called 0 for clogged sink Also inform my floor cleaning person who’s cleaning other room. And go to Haram. My room cleaning light also On to intimate cleaning team. They are saying we cannot following this. Also no one bothered or fix sink I have stayed 10 days here They only clean your room if you call themselves In front of you. Otherwise no cleaning at all. Regarding Reception Ms.Ahad supported all the time change our room two times Thanks to make for our stay comfortable.

The location is good, the pillows are comfortable, food is medium quality and expensive but issues are hotel never respond any phone it’s really issue as the price of room is a good value so hotel was crowded and the stuff can’t control that’s why! The problem is management can’t control and other issue was some IT programs the access door and I couldn’t open door by card although I charged many times then waited outside for someone to open door and the technician changed lock box what embarrassed situation

I lived in it today and yesterday the date of 1 Safar 1444 And my experience was: There are no buses to the Haram except at the end of the week, and this is a shock to us, because taxis are not available, and sometimes the price is exaggerated, and some prayers have come to us in the Haram We called room service, no answer The good thing about the location is the presence of the pick up in front of the hotel The furniture is quite good but there is a stain on the carpet No bathroom shoes The lighting is very weak in the room And intercedes for us with a wide view during the day I don't think I will repeat the experience

In all honesty, it is not a 5 starts hotel by any means! But that’s expected when being overused due to the huge amount of residents currently.. Cleanliness: 2/5 (very superficial, old rugs, wrinkled towels and spots on the sheets). Elevators: 4/5 (a bit old and noisy). Free WiFi: 0/5 (excuse me where? I don’t see it & it doesn’t connect xD). Bus: 4/5 (every hour but in the Haram, they only wait for a few minutes after prayer and take off to pick up guests from hotel so you’ll probably miss it unless you hurry up). Overall it’s very busy and crowded now and the staff are probably overworked and not doing their best but i’ll give it 3/5

Quite far from haram. Their buffet is good and parking in the basement is a plus point. But still, location is very far from masjid
