Stay with Some Minor Hiccups I enjoyed staying at a remarkable location that undoubtedly left a lasting impression. The two-bedroom suite, perfectly positioned to face the majestic Haram, offered breathtaking views that were truly unparalleled. The sight of the Haram from the suite was an experience that surpassed all expectations. While my overall stay was smooth and enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the otherwise exceptional experience. These problems were relatively insignificant but worth mentioning nonetheless. Perhaps more attention to detail in addressing these minor concerns would have made the stay even more remarkable. Regrettably, it seems that the hotel is currently unavailable, which is disappointing to hear. As someone who cherishes the memories created during my stay, I hope the hotel resumes operations soon. Its unique location, combined with impeccable service and remarkable views, make it an unparalleled choice for any traveller seeking an unforgettable experience. In summary, despite encountering some minor problems, my stay at this outstanding location was an overall delight. The two-bedroom suite overlooking the Haram was undoubtedly the best feature, offering an awe-inspiring perspective that will forever be etched in my memory. I anticipate the hotel's reopening and the opportunity to relive the magic again.

The location is great, especially for the price. However, they never answered their phone once during our stay, and the rooms were not the cleanest. Also, most times they didn’t have anyone at the front desk.

The rooms are not as per standard. The carpet is extremely old and full of stains. It seems to be quite an old building, hence the current state. The location is really good though and you can easily reach the mosque area in time always.

If you like back to the future you are 9n luck, the room fittings and furnishings are almost literally from when that movie was made and their age shows, Good location, pleasant staff, rooms from the 90's, what more could you want

Overall the hotel is not bad, close to the haram, and close to facilities. The food is great, breakfast and even room service even if we ordered 3 chicken kabsa and received 3 meat kabsa instead. But that wasnt an issue. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading my room, to a two rooms suite with haram view. Notice that the parking is paid, they charge 40 sar the day which is very fair for a location very close to haram. Notice that they have 3 floors parking in the hotel. Hotel rooms furniture looks very old, it's not my first time and few years ago it looks much better !! Bathroom smells bad and it wasnt clean ! Also shower wasn't working, I was staying only for a night, so it wasnt an issue too, took my shower as soon as I was back home. I didnt like that when you arrive you have to checkin first to be able to park your car. I left my family and car outside in the street, time to check-in to avoid getting a fine for parking my car there. Then come back with parking pass. The breakfast was great, but i didn't like that it's served in disposable plates ! The first time that i saw this in a hotel, maybe a bad covid19 habit !! Covid19 is gone and disposable plates remained there. But breakfast was not bad overall, no coffee, only hot water and milk (I think its powder milk). The menu include eggs, omelette, shawarma, potatoes, foul, salads, cheese, croissant, bread... etc. I'm not a big fan of foul (brans) but it taste great with cumin, olive oil and their tomatoes sauce.
