Zowar International Hotel

Absolutely disgusting!! Everything looks extremely old and outdated.. The bathroom makes you want to vomit 🤢. Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at when abroad… pls stay away for your own sake Reported a broken door handle around dhuhr time, reminded again around Maghrib… nothing was done about it. At least very close to Haram.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room was not clean, a lot of garbage under the side tables. The towels were smelly. And the worst thing was the bathtub. The bathtub was broken and dirty water was coming out of it. they don't clean the room. The kettle was also dirty. The hotel was overall smelly. The room is very different than shown in the pictures.

Avoid at all costs Filthy hotel. Photos on websites are all fake. They were insects inside bathrooms. They were stains on the floors. Very noisy I could hear cars driving outside at night. Very smelly hotel. The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. No one speaks English.

Very very bad. Don't stay in here. Receptionist is very very bad attitude. Room is so bad, I booked for double bed but I have twin. Don't have water for drink. very2 bad hotel. Now 812 and 813 718. 23 Feb 2024 until 26 Feb 2024.

AVOID THIS HOTEL - IT IS A FILTHY PLACE We checked in the hotel in the morning of 18-Sun-2024 and were a checked in a room (711) and immediately we noticed the following: • Room was very filthy with very bad smell and even the linens were not changed • The carpets were very old with stinking smell • We opened the fridge and it was full of fungus and very bad odor and definitely not something to can keep your food in it. • Then we went in the bathroom and it was very filthy with lot of mold everywhere and never cleaned • We asked the bell boy to turn the AC and he said it will work after the sometime. I requested the room to be changed and was told that they will shift me to better room the next day • The whole night we couldn’t sleep as the AC did not work and it was extremely hot and there was no fan as well • The next day morning I went to the reception and requested the room to be changed but was denied as they said there were no rooms were available • I requested to fix the AC at least as we couldn’t stay in that filthy room but was never done in spite of several requests. • It was extremely difficult to stay in that room and I humbly requested to at least open the window but I was told that the window also cannot be opened and this is a serious issue. • Finally, as we could not stay in these extremely unhealthy conditions, we checked out of the hotel one day earlier on 20-Feb-2024. • Not even on a single day anyone cleaned the room AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. THEY DO NOT WHAT CUSTOMER ISSUE IS. THE FRONT DESK GIRL IS VERY RUDE
