One of the top tier hotels in town. Beautiful views from the rooms as it is one of the tallest buildings in Riyadh (3rd tallest if I am not mistaken). The Riyadh skyline looks beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful and polite. Delicious culinary options ranging from intercontinental, Arabic and the best steakhouse.

It’s a modern hotel but completely business oriented. The place is crawling with over tense suits busy working. The entire atmosphere reflects that and allows no room to relax. As a tourist stay away. As a corporate exec I guess this place is fine if you don’t mind a tense ambiance. As far as the room goes, they are clean and modern without any local aesthetics, lacking flavor actually. The beds are very hard and the layout is small unlike other Saudi hotels. The staff are hit or miss. The front desk was really kind but the concierge did not speak English and the restaurant crew were not so pleasant. The most disconcerting aspect is the JW steakhouse. They portend to be rivals of Japanese meat but in reality it tastes worse than supermarket meat. I ordered a steak and it was even sour and tough. Not to mention the price is over $100usd per piece. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel at all but I don’t think anyone stays here on their own not part of a corporate paid network.

I have visited SPA. And from first impression until the end it was absolutely stunning! Atmosphere, well professional and friendly staff. I liked all the area of SPA and didn’t want to leave. It will my best Spot in Riyadh. Huge thank you for all staff , ms. Asala made my experience even better with her warm hospitality. I know there were more names to mention, but can’t remember the names. Thank for all SPA team for great experience and best service

I have been staying in JW Marriott Riyadh with my Husband for at least 2 months now and I can easily say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in not only in GCC but worldwide. The hotel is really great, the service is even better and the staff is outstanding and super nice. They even look into the smallest details and always aim for customer excellence and satisfaction. Like as an example today I was in the Lounge and they saw me sitting on the chair for. Along time, they got me some cushions to support my back. Last time I was also working on a new online course, the team actually sent me a small gift to wish me good luck in my duties and many much more examples. I would like to highlight that all the team in this hotel is great, but the team in the executive lounge is just outstanding.

The room is amazing, spacious and very comfortable, Our experience with some of the staff, they are friendly and so accommodating. Our experience in the restaurant with mr.John, he is very helpful to us, thanks for your good service. And the attendant in the female gym, they always smile beautifully and makes the gym always clean and they are helpful. The gym area is a bit small but satisfying cuz they have complete equipment, clean and tidy. The receptionist in the female gym, she is nice too, has a beautiful smile and hospitable. Thanks to all of you guys? Were very happy and satisfied, keep it up guys⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks JW Marriott
